The Package

This episode of LOST opens up with Jin and Sun at the airport, where we find out that in the flash sideways, Jin and Sun aren’t married.  They later have a sexual scene together which is really odd to watch.

Widmore’s group from the submarine come and snatch up Jin by shooting everyone with tranquilizer darts.  

Widmore’s people ask Jin about electromagnetism spots on the island, grids on a map that he signed when he was a member of the Dharama Initiative. 

Jin and Sun flash sideways is quite similar to the scene we have already seen where Jin and Keamy were in the restaurant.

Are Locke and Widmore going to battle? Is this the war Widmore was talking about?

Sun apparently has been infected by Locke while she was unconscious.  She now has trouble speaking English? She wants to make sure the plane isn’t destroyed.

And now we see that Widmore is a good guy.  But this makes me really sad, because I love Ben Linus, and this means that Widmore was a good guy while Ben was a bad guy.

The scene with Sayid coming in with a gun and giving Jin a knife to cut himself free…whats the significance to that scene?

We find out that Sun is pregnant in the flash sideways.  And funny thing : Mikhail getting shot in the eye.  

I feel like some of the flash sideways events can be construed as being flashbacks.

DESMOND IS BACK!  I am wondering why Desmond seemed confused about Sayid and Sayid seemed upset or worried that Desmond was back.  Why is Desmond back? What is his purpose on the island?
